As usual, Justin was a little difficult to wake up, but by the time Justin started his yoga he was in the zone. He likes taking this time to ease his mind and remind himself that these days are par for the course with his lifestyle now. He's such a target in the press today for being too this or too that and I'd be lying if I didn't say it affected him. No one grows immune to that type of criticism no matter how long they've been in the business. Nonetheless, the press has been going nuts with the upcoming release of his Christmas album so last night Justin has been getting especially excited for tomorrow's press conference.
It makes us a team so proud to see this type of reaction from him. Even better, it made us all the more pumped for this conference today to start promoting our future next best selling album. After 8 hours of repetitive questions, you'd think Justin would be worn out but as usual, we forget he's just a kid. So of course, we were all dragged out to Lucky Stripes for some bowling (Justin's favorite way to unwind) and he's finally in his element.
One thing that is clear is that Justin's fans are unbelievable; without fail they will always track down his location and swarm the site. Surprisingly enough, it's after these days that Justin is the most excited to see his fans. They are the ones that keep him going; so I think for him, that's the reason he never wants to just go back home after a press outing. He wants to be in a place where he can see his fans who will always remind him of why he's made it so far.
Finally, once he'd gotten his fan fix, we were able to convince him it was time to head home to get some rest for yet another big day tomorrow- we're heading into Santa Monica for our benefit concert for Pencils of Promise. So I guess I need to go ahead and wrap it up for the night as well, but stay posted for some pictures of the benefit later this week!
